As a policy, NelGossem does not actively seek to collect any personal data from our players. If you email us, we will archive that correspondence, but we will never share your email address with a third party for marketing purposes.
Location-related data other than those for Nydios events for example are not stored on our databases and are not sold to third parties.
We use Flurry and AppsFlyer for certains app for crash reporting, to ascertain general app functionality and to determine campaign effectiveness. Demographic reporting is turned off and all data is anonymized and aggregated prior to our receiving it.
If you choose to share any of your accomplishments via a social media platform, email or messaging service, those actions are handled by the individual apps on your device. You do not log in through NelGossem's app, and we receive no information regarding your accounts
